Ukiah Valley Youth Soccer League Refund Policy
Refund Policy: As per a motion passed by the Board of Directors in August 2007 all refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with amounts refunded being dependent on the date mailed and fees incurred by the league. No refunds will be given after the first day of play. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and delivered via US Postal Service. To submit a request for refund, write an explanation of the circumstances, sign the letter and mail it to: Ukiah Valley Youth Soccer League
