Uniforms: $25 (shirt, shorts, 2 pair socks)
Team Formation Procedure: Recreational teams are formed by placing the children of a coach, assistant coach, team sponsor and team parent on the same team. After that players are dispersed randomly by the league’s software program. The only exceptions being Anderson Valley players, Potter Valley players (when there are enough to field an entire team), and siblings within the same age division.
Documentation Requirements
Registrations without proper documentation will not be accepted.
All new players are required to show proof of birth by showing a birth certificate, passport, or CA ID card.
All players in age divisions Under 10, Under 12 and Under 16 will be required to have player passes. Player passes are identification for the referee. Player passes will be made by the league, but will require all players in this age division to bring an ID sized photo to registration.
As always, UVYSL does not honor requests for coaches or teammates. This league is made up of approximately 1200 players and over 100 teams; it is impossible to satisfy everyone's requests.
Anyone signing up after June 30th will be put on waiting list and will only be put on a team if other players drop.
