News and Clinics Currently UVYSL has no Referee Coordinator. This is a vital position to the entire league. Please contact the Board of Directors if you or someone you know can help in this capacity.
Recreational Referee Class:For any referee wishing to officiate recreational soccer games. Class will be held on Friday August 22, 5:00pm, and Saturday August 23 at 9:00am at Nokomis Elementary School. Both days are mandatory to obtain license. Refresher Referee Class: For any referee that is curently licensed and wishes to renew their license for another year. Class will be held Saturday August 30, 2008 from 9 am to 2:30 pm. There will be a lunch break for 30 min. Please bring your lunch with you to the class. For license "Grade 7" or higher physical fitness testing will be done. Please come prepared for the test.
